The Berlin Conservation Club values your support and membership. Without you, the club would not be able to provide the many activities to you, its members and youth.
Our 2026 Banquet and Raffle Committee is busy preparing for the upcoming banquet. The 10-Gun tickets are available to purchase at the club or at local taverns where the guns are hanging or on line. Please, make an effort to get to somewhere to purchase tickets to support the club.

The drawing for these tickets will be held at the Annual Banquet on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at the Oshkosh Convention Center in Oshkosh. You do not have to be present to win.

For every $100 worth of 10 Gun tickets you sell you will be entered into a drawing for a Springfield Hellcat Pro 9mm. You can sell an unlimited amount for numerous chances for the gun.
The banquet tickets are $75.00 per person. Tickets will be available for purchase at the club during open hours. You can also request yours by mail. Send your request along with a check payable to the Berlin Conservation Club and a self-addressed #10 stamped envelope to Dave Polzin at N615 37th Ave. Omro WI 54963

Banquet Early Bird BCC Bucks
You can purchase Early Bird BCC Bucks. For $100.00, you will receive $125.00 in BCC bucks to be used to purchase raffle tickets the night of the banquet. Your BCC Bucks will be at the banquet with your name on them or they will be mailed to you. Deadline to purchase is Sunday, March 1, 2026. BCC Bucks will NOT be available to purchase the night of the banquet. This money can be used on most raffles. Exceptions are 50/50, Walk-arounds, 52 Card Raffle, 10 Gun Raffle, & 21 Gun Salute.
Pre-Banquet Gun Raffle Tickets
Pre-Banquet Gun Raffle Ticketsare available to purchase for $10 each. Tickets must be purchased by March 1,2026. The winning tickets will win one of 2 Guns. Request tickets when you purchase your dinner ticket. Tickets only available with purchase of dinner ticket.
Early Bird Dinner Tickets
All dinner tickets purchasers who buy their tickets by February 1, 2026 will have their name included in a drawing for BCC Bucks. Three winners: $150, $100, $50 worth of BCC Bucks.
Table of 8
Purchase a table of 8 for $600.00. Get your friends together to purchase a table of 8 at the banquet. Included also is $160 BCC Bucks. Please include the names and addresses of all those sitting at your table when you make your reservation. There will be one gun, an Impala Nero 12 Ga Semi-Auto, given away for every 8 table purchased. Each table will receive 8 tickets toward the winning of those guns.
Cooperate Table of 8
The price of a corporate table is $1250.00. A Corporate Table includes 8 dinner tickets, a Banner at the banquet, Ad in the program, $250.00 in BCC Bucks. Each corporate table will also be awarded a gun. This gun is an Impala Nero 12 Ga Semi-Auto. You will also get a free ad in the newsletter. You also get to eat first. Please reserve your corporate table at least 2 weeks before the banquet so we can have time to get a banner made for your company.
Basket Raffle
We will be having a Basket Raffle again this year, Bring a basket the night of the banquet full of goodies with a value of at least $25. Get 8 tickets toward winning and you can purchase other tickets, also.
Food Pantry Raffle
The food pantry raffle will be at the door again this year. Receive one ticket for every 5 non-perishable food items you donate. All items donated will be given to the Berlin Food Pantry.
Donations
We are also looking for banquet donations. These donations could be cash, or any item that could be raffled off at the various raffles, such as silent auction, Tool Raffle, Pluck a Turkey, gun raffles, Plinko or many others. Be creative.
