Black Light Night Shoot PRE-SQUAD REGISTRATION -
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 13TH
We will have a total of 20 teams available to the Saturday, December 13th Shoot. Please fill out the information below to reserve a spot for your team. In order to reserve your team, you must fill out the information below. Full squads (5 shooters) will only be accepted. Once you submit, a check for the full team ($200 total - $40 a shooter) needs to be sent to the following address

Once a check is received, your team captain will be emailed confirmation and shooting time. Note that we will try to get as close to the shooting time you requested. Shooting times will be assigned as soon as we receive your payment.
NOTE: To make sure we make the event enjoyable to all, we ask that only one entry is allowed per person.
