BCC facilities include five lighted trap ranges, a lighted skeet range, an archery tower stand, an outdoor walk-through archery course, a sporting clays course with automatic trap throwers, an indoor archery range, 50-yard pistol and 100-yard rifle ranges, and a stocked trout pond (16 years and under).
Also on BCC grounds is a covered fire pit, a separate building used for special event sign-ups, and a clubhouse which contains a kitchenette, a bar, and a large meeting area available for events and training.
Yearly club membership for an adult is $10.00; youth aged 16 and under is $4.00.
The Clubhouse is available to rent for meetings, etc. Contact any board member for information.
Leagues offered include: Thursday Nite Trap League (summer months), Wednesday Archery League (winter months), 2-Man Trap League (winter months), and the CWYTL Youth Trap League (spring months).
Special shooting events include: Fall and Spring 100-Bird and Polish Shoots, St. Patricks Day Shoot, four summer Sporting Clays events, and two or four summer 3-D Archery Shoots. All special shoots are open to the public.
The BCC sponsors a traveling youth group, the Target Terminators, which shoots in a number of competitions yearly, including the Mayville State High School shoot, SCTP and AIM shoots, and the AIM Nationals held at the World Shooting Sports Complex.
The BCC sponsors educational scholarships as well as various local events throughout the year.
Members of the BCC are encouraged to attend bi-annual membership meetings in the Spring and Fall (second Monday of March and October).
The Clubhouse and Traps are open for Skeet and Trapshooting most Sundays from 9 AM to Noon. Open to the public. There are additional open hours on Tuesdays from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM during the summer. See calendar for dates.
The Rifle/Pistol Ranges are generally open from 8 AM to sunset except when some events are running, including (but not limited to): 100-Bird Shoots, Polish Shoots, Thursday Nite Trap League, Sporting Clays Shoots, Archery Shoots, Sheriff's Training, and Hunters Ed events. Always check the calendar to see if the ranges are closed.
The Rifle/Pistol Ranges are open to members ONLY (membership materials and dropbox available at shooting shelter). There is daily fee of $2 to use these ranges. Youth accompanied with paying shooter is free.
The Sporting Clays course is open during the summer for special monthly shoots. See the calendar for shoot dates.
The Archery practice tower is open from sun up to sun down.
The BCC operates a game farm where approximately 1,800 pheasants are raised yearly. The farm is a preserve for all types of wildlife.
Educational offerings include Hunters Education, Archery Education, Adult Hunters Education, Trappers Education, BB Gun Safety, ATV and Snowmobile Safety.
The Hunters Ed program sponsors a Fun Day for graduates of the program.
The Berlin Police and the Green Lake County Sherriff's department holds training and certification events at the rifle/pistol ranges.
